Join me at Ormskirk Magistrates Court for our latest property tour. Closed in 2016, we have been lucky enough to add this beautiful building to our portfolio. We have got planning permission to turn this stunning building into a Luxury ApartHotel consisting of 23 apartments and an amazing restaurant. Built in 1836 it is one of the oldest purpose built magistrates courts in the country and I can't wait to show you how this building develops into one of our luxury ApartHotels.
